All classic Mustang inside and out, but it's
drive train has been updated for superior
performance with a 1985 model 302ci 5
Liter V8 engine with stock OH Cam &
multi-V Belt paired up with an automatic
transmission with overdrive and a 3.0 rear
end from the same year along with a list of
additional upgrades! It's paint has a great
finish with rich color and beautiful shine,
the body is rust free and in top notch
condition. An all new interior was put in
when restored along with a high power
AM/FM/CD Stereo for your listening
compressor and hook up to make keeping
cool a breeze! Set off by all the chrome of
the day it is a show stopper to say to say
the least.
During the restoration the cowl vent panel
and drain system was replaced, new floor
boards and firewall vent system installed
as well as a new hood with turn signals.
Safety features added include front and
rear seat belts along with reinforced fuel
tank. Mechanically some of the items to
note include a new timing cover gasket set
and plate, updated drive shaft and
universal, updated cooling system,
updated wiring system, new power steering
system, updated disc brakes, rebuilt
suspension with air shocks, dual exhaust,
new heater motor, and a new alternator
with one wire hook-up. The Michelin tires
are new, all five including the spare and
look great on the Pacer custom wheels...a
great touch.
The car had the same owner for over 20
years and with only 27k miles since
completion of the project this Mustang
runs, rides and drives outstandingly,
sounds great too and is fun to drive!
